Access Control
All staff and visitors must display badges. Any anomaly at entry points triggers immediate reporting and documentation.​

Yard Inspection
Each dispatch undergoes an 18-point “Yard Exit Inspection,” covering seals, hinges, tires and absence of contaminants.

Vehicle Tracking & Supervision
Our 24/7 GPS system with geofences alerts us to yard departures/entries, load/unload points and unauthorized detours.

Incident Reporting
Using form FSEG007, we capture detailed eyewitness accounts, secure evidence and notify authorities as needed.
Ongoing Training Program
Bi-monthly sessions cover company policies, document recognition (bills of lading, DVIR), daily vehicle inspection procedures, seal checks and pest-detection protocols. Attendance and completion are logged in form FREH002 and signed off by participants
Technology & Monitoring
Our satellite-based GPS with 50 m geofences triggers automated alerts on route deviations. If signal is lost, drivers share real-time location via WhatsApp and geotagged photos until delivery is confirmed
K9 Unit Inspections
Our trained detection dog sweep each truck in Tijuana and San Diego yards to sniff out illicit substances or contraband, reinforcing our C-TPAT shield and ensuring entirely lawful shipments.
Risk Management & Audits
We conduct semi-annual audits—including route reviews, service logs and dispatcher performance—and update our risk assessments (FODA/PEST) to stay ahead of emerging supply-chain threats
Cybersecurity & Data Protection
Strict password policies (90-day rotation), controlled system access, visitor confidentiality agreements and zero-tolerance for unauthorized software safeguard our IT infrastructure. Any breach attempt triggers immediate containment protocols.
